COVID ORANGE / My Vaccine Pass Required from 6.12.21

02 Dec 2021

To keep everyone safe we are required to follow Government and New Zealand Veterinary Association guidelines, along with the outcomes of our clinic specific risk assessment.

From Monday 6th December it is a requirement that all clients entering clinical areas of our hospital are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (if eligible).  Your My Vaccine Pass (MVP) will be scanned at reception and where necessary photo identification requested.

This measure has been put in place after assessing the risk of infection from COVID-19 to our staff and clients.

We understand and respect the decision made by some people to not vaccinate, or withhold information regarding their vaccination status. In these cases, veterinary care will be provided by a non-contact drop off service (as we did in Alert Level 3 and 4).

If a contactless appointment is required, please advise our reception staff over the phone so they can make the necessary arrangements.

As always, PLEASE:

  • Do not attend the clinic if you are unwell
  • Scan our QR code for contact tracing purposes
  • Wear your face mask or present your face covering exemption card
  • Have your MVP ready for scanning on entry into reception
  • Respect social distancing rules, only 1 client per pet allowed in our reception and consulting areas

We thank you for supporting us in keeping our team safe, so we can continue to keep your pets safe.

The Vetcall Team.
