What is your payment policy?

As we are a small business we cannot offer you credit. 

Full payment is expected at the time of treatment.  

We do not accept cheques unless by prior arrangement with Colin or Claire.

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.  

We accept Q Card and Farmers Card (a 2% administration fee will apply for payment by these methods).

We do not accept American Express.

If you have financial constraints you need to discuss your situation with us PRIOR to any examination or treatment.  

Don't allow payment to be a stressful, embarrassing or difficult subject. We are here to help and can assist you with financing options through Smartcover Veterinary Finance and Q Card.  See our Veterinary Finance page for more information.
