Reception/waiting room:
With plenty of room for you and your pet, our waiting room also doubles as the classroom for our puppy pre-school. We have separate seating areas for cats and dogs as well as a great range of premium pet foods, grooming products, accessories toys and treats that your pet will love.

Off-street parking is available just behind the clinic or on the roadside just outside our reception too, making it easy to bring your pet to and from the clinic.

Consulting room:
This is where our vets examine your pet. All our patients’ records are stored digitally to make life easy for our vets. And to make it easy for family visits and large dogs, the room is spacious and also includes our pharmacy and x-ray unit.

Onsite laboratory and digital equipment:
Essential to carrying out a range of tests such as blood and urine tests, our lab lets us focus on your pet’s health quickly. When there’s no time to wait for results, in-house testing allows us to promptly plan suitable courses of treatment.

Our x-ray, blood pressure monitoring, fluid infusion and ultrasound equipment are also vital to diagnosing any problems and treating them accordingly.

Preparation, treatment and recovery room:
Essentially the engine room of our clinic, this is where we sedate and anaesthetise animals to prepare them for surgery and perform other non-sterile procedures such as dentistry and grooming. We have separate recovery wards for cats and dogs so that your pet isn’t distracted by other patients, and both are also heated with fluffy beds and blankets to keep your pet as comfortable as possible.

Sterile theatre:
Our purpose-built operating theatre is equipped to deal with everything from routine desexing to elective soft-tissue surgeries such as lump removals and stitching to full orthopaedic operations repairing bones and ligaments.

Isolation Ward:
Our stand-alone isolation ward lets us separate patients with infectious diseases, minimising the risk of anything spreading across the clinic.
