Our friendly staff are caring and compassionate animal lovers and will treat your cherished pets as if they were their own, delivering the highest quality care at affordable rates.

Our key services include:

Consultations, Vaccinations, Health Checks, Pet Drop-offs, Anaesthesia, De-sexing, Dentistry, Micro-chipping, Puppy Pre-school, In house Laboratory, Dedicated Dog & Cat Wards, Senior Pet Wellness Programme, Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue Surgery, X-rays, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Free Nutritional Advice and Weight Management Programmes, Pet Supplies and more....

Consultations – It’s better to be safe than sorry, so we always recommend concerned pet owners bring their animals in to see us if they have any concerns whatsoever about their current health.

Health Checks - Pets, on average, age five to eight times faster than humans. Because pets age so rapidly, major health changes can occur in a short amount of time.  Today’s pets are living longer than ever, chances are that many may experience a potentially serious illness during their lifetime. Annual health checks can help us diagnose, treat or even prevent problems in your pet before they become life-threatening:  There is nothing more satisfying for us than beating a disease to the punch!  These checks can be done in conjunction with annual vaccination for your convenience.  Call us today to book a health check for your pet with us.

Pet Drop-offs - Vet clinic hours can make it tricky for working people to book an appointment for their pet, which is why we have created our Pet Drop-off service.  Whether your pet is undergoing a simple procedure like a vaccination, or a more complex operation, you can drop your pet off first thing in the morning, we’ll look after them for the day, and you can pick them up when you finish work.  If a consultation is all you’re after but you don’t have time until the end of the day this service is perfectly suited to you. Leave your pet with us in the morning and pop back in after work to meet with one of our vets.  Bookings are essential, but to save further time you can download an admission form and have it already filled out when you arrive to drop-off your pet.

Micro-chipping – Micro-chipping is a great way to safely and permanently identify your cat or dog and is particularly useful in the return of lost pets and in pet ownership disputes.  It is compulsory to micro-chip dogs in New Zealand by 12 weeks of age.  If your pet is not micro-chipped please give us a call to make an appointment to have one inserted

Dedicated Dog & Cat Wards – Our separate cat and dog wards are quite unique, and will ensure your pet can relax while recuperating, without having to worry about one of their arch-nemeses in the cage next door!

Nutritional Advice - Along with regular exercise and veterinary care, careful nutrition is the best way you can contribute to your pet's prolonged good health.  Your pet's nutritional requirements will change as they age. Please give us a call to discuss your pet’s nutritional needs.  We will tailor a diet specifically for your pet that will give them the optimum quality and length of life. Remember, you are what you eat, and so is your pet!
