What is your payment policy?

As we are a small business we cannot offer you credit. 

Full payment is expected at the time of treatment.  

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard and Afterpay.  Credit card and contactless (payWave) transactions have a surcharge of 1.5% which is in line with our cost of acceptance of these payment methods.

We also accept Q Mastercard (a 3% payment surcharge will apply).

We do not accept American Express.

If you have financial constraints you need to discuss your situation with us PRIOR to any examination or treatment.
